All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Deposits are non refundable.
We stand behind the products we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us. If you recieve an item damaged during shipping you must contact us within 3 days. Claims will be filed on all damaged items with the manufacturer. Please keep all boxes if you receive a damaged item.
Neighborhood Furniture may offer exchanges at our sold discretion, on purchases returend in "new" and "salebale" condition within 5 days of purchase. The determination of condition is at our sole discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase and receive approval from Neighborhood Furniture to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.
